Lauren Weidman is originally from Tucson, AZ. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from ASU she went on to earn her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ. She is a member of the Arizona Dermatology Physician Assistant Society and is a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
During her P.A. Studies, Lauren received specialized training in the field of dermatology. She then furthered her studies with dermatology training under the guidance of Dr. Andrew Racette. Though Lauren is passionate about all areas of dermatology, she has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers and education on sun safety and skin protection.
In her free time Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and goldendoodle. Her other interests include Broadway shows, crossword puzzles and traveling.
